Do you support Magento 2.4.6 now that standard support has ended?
Yes. We keep the store patched and watched, and plan the move to 2.4.8 or 2.4.9 on a copy first, at a fixed price. Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source get different patch terms, so we check which one you run first.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Our systems watch your site 24/7 and alert us the moment something fails. A person picks it up within one working day; a store that is down comes first. We do not run a 24/7 phone line.
What happens when something breaks?
You hear it from us, usually before your customers notice. We find the cause, fix it on a copy, put the fix live and tell you what happened in plain words.
