The problem

- Layered risk management: per-trade sizing, daily trade caps, an adjustable per-trader budget hierarchy, an automatic kill-switch, stop-loss, and on-chain reconciliation against real fills.
- An AI module (Anthropic Claude) for on-demand event/match analysis and decision support — structured predictions that surface where the AI’s view diverges from the market price, all cost-controlled.
- Two-way Telegram control: status, open positions and P&L; pause/resume trading; close a position; adjust each trader’s daily limit live; trigger AI analysis on demand — all from the phone.
